50% of my current learners have friends who have been scammed out of driving lessons or driving tests. The market has unfortunately become flooded with scams.

Please avoid the group in the screenshot below.

Avoid paying large sums upfront for driving lessons. (Some pages and websites can be convincing).

Avoid paying more than £62 for driving tests (£75 for weekend tests).

Speak to your friends and family and book a driving instructor who comes highly recommended. Even if that means paying more. If it sounds to good to be true, then it will be. Please ask me, I'll offer advice and support my colleagues around Hull.

I'm a qualified Driving Instructor, myself and a lot of other Instructors are getting messages or phone calls, asking for an instructor to take them for a test. As they have been let down by their own instructor,.
Some of these people that are teaching are not qualified, they probably won't even have the correct car insurance. So if you are involved in an accident. You as the driver are responsible. YOU will have to pay the damage and compensation.
When you get an instructor please ask them to show you their badge. Green fully qualified, or pink a trainee.
Without these by law they cannot take any money from you for lessons.
If someone is offering cheap lessons, please ask yourself why.
