Another week done and dusted.

All in Scunthorpe

Dan on mod 1, got away without a picture due to the weather, unfortunately his mod 2 was cancelled in the afternoon because of the rain but we still had to ride home!!!!!

Mod 2's on Thursday for both Oli and Cheryl.

Mod 1 and 2 today for Jayne and a mod 1 for Andreius.

Ladies been top of the class with clean sheets on all tests. Well done all, enjoy and ride safe.

Well done all.

John on a back to bikes after 22 years not in the saddle he decided to get back on the horse with a GS1200.
Lacking confidence in bends and positioning with a little bit of bus lane usage thrown in for good measure we made our way to Hornsea making good use of counter steering and forward planning to help with positioning, by the time we arrived we were progressively faster through each bend.
On the way back understanding were to be in a bus lane for vision of other road users and staying safe at the same time we ended the session with a smile.
Well done John, pleasure to meet you, ride safe.

Finishing up with Rory over at site 2 with cbt's.
Weather wasn't kind for this bunch though unfortunately, no matter, plenty of smiles anyway.

So today was another one of them days where Andy says its time to change your bike. The Transalp has grown on me, the ride position, the comfort, smooth engine. We did agree a certain mileage to hand it back so now it will be up for grabs in the showroom.

The swap to the NT1100 is a huge difference, the armchair seating position, all the extras to make it so comfortable and the engine delivers the power constantly through the gearbox which you would expect it been the Africa engine. Going to be a toasty winter on this one with heated grips and gloves, plenty of weather protection.

We then had a 125 added to the stable, this one Jake has had his eye on for a while and when given the chance to play with it at site 2 I think he used a tank of fuel just riding round. 😉

Thankyou Andy and the team, I'm still not sure how it benefits you as much as us guys here 🤔 but as before I will believe you and do as I'm told.

Last "Arrive and Ride" of the year in collaboration with Miles Kingsport, once again with huge success and a 100% effort from everybody involved from the booking with Kristina to the cleaning of bikes with Jake and instructors Rich and Rory giving up thier free time to help. Your efforts don't go unnoticed.

Andy and Jack from Miles Kingsport giving up thier own time and bringing some bikes with them and of course we had to have a play. The CB1000GT has the looks and performance with a very easy seating position, a very nice place to be.

Now this is not my type of thing but the WN7 fully electric, equivalent to a 600cc sport bike or reduce its power to a 125cc is something completely different and it just makes you smile when you twist the wrist and it takes off, think I may have to talk Andy into a loan bike for the day for training. 😄

Well done to all candidates who turned up and give it a go, its not easy in front of a bunch of strangers.
Just in that 30mins everybody managed a good start base for a great insight into a cbt.
