Night time’s the right time !! πŸš¨πŸ‘¨β€πŸ”§πŸš›

Another call-out to a big Scania πŸ‡ΈπŸ‡ͺ

The pilot felt a horrible vibration on the return leg of his journey home

thankfully he is switched on and knows his lorry otherwise it could have ended in disaster ⚠️🫠

We attended the scene and after a quick check it was found that there was nothing left of the propshaft centre bearing πŸ‘€β˜ οΈ

We collected the new centre bearing and got it swapped out rapido πŸ‘¨β€πŸ”§

Propshaft refitted and secured and tested πŸ’ͺ🏻

She’s ready to lick tar in the morning πŸš›πŸ’¨

🚨⚠️🚨 another call-out to the PDK boys

We got the call to say there was a vehicle urgently leaving for France and unfortunately the lights on the trailer were causing problems

We try to respond to all breakdowns within Glasgow and the surrounding area within the hour πŸ¦ΈπŸΌβ€β™‚οΈ!!

We met the boys at the service’s and got to work diagnosing the problem 🧐

It turned out to be a dead short in the wiring constantly blowing fuses in the truck ⚑️

Not to worry we found the broken wire shorting out in the rear of the chassis πŸ‘€ repaired and protected from that horrible salt water πŸ’§

We got the trailer back together in jig time and got the boys back on the motorway and back to what they do best πŸ’¨ πŸ˜ŽπŸ«±πŸ»β€πŸ«²πŸΌ

This customer contacted us just as we were getting ready to hit the road 😴

The trailer had decided it was going to be difficult 😣 and presented itself with a suspension fault - sitting at its highest point and wouldn’t drop the suspension

We got to work diagnosing the fault , the trailer had recently had a lot of work new valves etc etc

We found that a suspension valve was bypassing and feeding the air bags constantly, issue sorted and suspension working properly

The big yoke was ready to lick tar once more πŸ‘¨β€πŸ”§πŸ΄σ §σ ’σ ³σ £σ ΄σ ΏπŸ€™πŸ»

Another almighty 4 series yoke 😏😎πŸ”₯

We love to see a 4 series still out putting a shift in πŸ€™πŸ»

Especially one as rare as this !! An 2003 Oakley supreme with only 144,000 kilometres from brand new πŸ‘€ it was like stepping in a museum every original sticker and a complete dash with no broken plastic , truly incredible

This old bus had some clutch issues and the owner was in a rush to make it to a big 🐴 jumping competition

They were recommended to us by another customer πŸ₯°

We got too work right away diagnosing the issue , unfortunately the slave cylinder which is inside the box was badly leaking and had contaminated the clutch

to add insult to injury the big house were wanting funny πŸ’° for the slave cylinder

Not too worry our good friends Cunningham Truck Parts Ltd sorted us out as per usual πŸ’™ new clutch and slave cylinder delivered the next morning as promised πŸ«±πŸ»β€πŸ«²πŸΌ

As the pressure was mounting and the clock was ticking we got it back together hassle free all done and dusted in a matter of hours

Customer was absolutely delighted they were able to make the big competition and said the lorry had never driven like this in there ownership πŸ˜ŽπŸ«±πŸ»β€πŸ«²πŸΌ

The boys Cadzow building supplies were in need of an MOT for one of their busy delivery trucks in a short space of time

Well they came to the right place πŸ‘¨β€πŸ”§πŸ΄σ §σ ’σ ³σ £σ ΄σ Ώ

We got the wee Iveco checked from head to toe , she was in need of some work
