Some days remind you why you do what you do.

Frank Barrett and Team of Pepperdine Barrett Family Funeral Directors visited us today to personally thank the team who completed their new Mercedes 2-bearer hearse and matching limousine, and kindly brought gifts for everyone who worked on the vehicles.

When their original coachbuilder entered administration, Pepperdine & Barrett were left with vehicles paid for in full but unfinished. Our team stepped in to complete, inspect and register them, and Frank's words today meant the world to everyone involved:

"You did more than step in as a supplier. You protected our business, secured livelihoods and demonstrated a standard of integrity and professional solidarity that is practically unheard of in modern commerce. The sheer generosity, efficiency and flawless craftsmanship shown by your entire workforce saved us so much money and distress. We will never forget what Coleman Milne did for us when it truly mattered."
