Workshop Report

A Volkswagen Arteon was booked in for front brake pads and discs, as well as two new front tyres. Wheel alignment was also completed to finish the job to a high standard.

A Ford Focus 1.6 diesel arrived with a noticeable misfire. After diagnosis, a faulty injector was identified and replaced. The vehicle is now running perfectly.

A Volvo XC60 was recovered to us due to starting issues. After prompt diagnosis, the fault was traced to a defective alternator. The alternator was replaced, and the vehicle was restored to full working order.

All work was completed and each vehicle returned to its owner the same day. We take pride in going the extra mile to ensure our customers receive reliable service and leave fully satisfied.

• We do not issue invoices for used car parts or any items outside our normal services.
• All genuine invoices from our company will include official contact details, a verified invoice number, and payment information matching our registered business bank account.
• If you receive an invoice that looks suspicious or claims to be from us but doesn’t match your dealings with our business, do not make any payment and contact us directly on [your phone number] or [your official email address] to verify its authenticity.

We are taking this matter very seriously and have reported the fraudulent activity to the relevant authorities, including Action Fraud and the police.
