I pride myself on a friendly and patient attitude to instructing believing that the greatest learning takes place when the skill being learnt can also be enjoyed. This instructing method while simultaneously ensuring
complete professionalism, has seen my pupils not just pass their tests, (often with ease), but more importantly become confident, safe drivers with sound skills. I have a great deal of experience in teaching pupils with various medical conditions or anxiety that have caused them to be very nervous of learning to drive and yet have seen them flourish with my assistance to be accomplished drivers. I cover the Wiltshire, Somerset and Dorset boarders region mainly working out of Mere and Gillingham as well as the surrounding villages. Most of my pupils take their tests at Yeovil although I can offer tests at Trowbridge, Salisbury and Dorchester test centres if preferred although travel to these test centres may require longer lessons. I offer driving lessons at £40 an hour however most lessons are generally 2 hours long so £80 for the 2 hour lesson. I do however also offer a block booking discount of 10 hours paid for upfront at a cost of £375 saving you £2.50 per hour on the regular price. "Pass Plus" courses are charged at a slightly higher rate to reflect the more advanced training and higher running costs associated with the course. Generally Pass Plus is a 6 hour course costing £275 with an assessment done by the instructor, there is no test/exam in "Pass Plus". I provide the following services:
