It is often said that prevention is better than cure and we are firm believers in this too.
This is a recent job which the customer had noticed water seeping through. We removed the original sealer, polished around the area and resealed. The customer decided to get all of his skylights and vents resealed for complete peace of mind.

Preventing leaks in early stages can save a lot of money in the future by preventing damp damage.

Tips:
Keep roof as clean as possible to allow water to run off easily ✅
Store vehicle slightly slanted if sat for long periods of time to allow water to run off ✅
Avoid high pressure aimed at sealed joints ❌
