Now in the south west with it's owner is this Casarva Harley Softail Classic FLSTC belt drive Independent Rear Suspension (IRS) trike. The Bike was new in 2016 and had seen some duty with a sidecar fitted before but the owner wanted more from it and commissioned us to build his trike. Already fitted with Wasp Motorcycles Leading Links we fitted our belt drive IRS kit to the bike and a reverse gearbox which mounts to the engine on the offside.
The exhaust was made by us in stainless steel with mirror polished stainless heatshieds where required and rerouted to either side underneth the bottom wishbones - a dual system which sounds great.
The wheels are black with polished rims and when you look at the profile echo the white wall on the front tyre.

Casarva Honda NT1100 DCT IRS chain drive trike with reverse gearbox. We converted a 2026 NT1100 with our chain drive trike conversion which has twin wishbones either side, custom rated adjustable shocks and an Casarva Anti Roll Bar in EN43 spring steel.
The drive line features our chain drive differential, High tensile 530 pitch chains with 225 50 17 tyres of multispoke alloys.
Inplace of the single exhaust we made and fitted a twin stainless steel reroute to exit either side underneath the bottom wishbones with carbon fibre silencers for a throaty exhaust note

Casarva Harley Davidson 2026 Fat Boy 117 belt drive Independent Rear Suspension trike with reverse gear, dual polished stainless exhausts, Casarva 600 x 300 bed rack with "Gothic" sissy bar. Now with its owner.
The new Harleys have solid mounted engines which is a much better arrangement. The electronics the bike has present a few more issues than we would like but we still made it.
The belt drive is smooth and the brand new reverse gearbox mounted to the side of the 117cu inch engine gives flexibility to the accessibility of parking and manoeuvring. Our rack is made in 1" diameter steel tube and picks up off the cradle to give high loading capability with an integrated sissy bar and pad.
Mudguards were painted matching blue with the silver pinstripe and the wheels are 6 spoke silver alloys with 225 50 17 tyres.
We are grateful for the opportunity to convert this brand new Harley Fat Boy and the owner is grateful that he own a stunning Casarva Harley trike that actually has IRS not a De Dion axle.

We are really happy to say both the Casarva built trikes we had for sale have sold in less than a week after offering them.
We only offer trikes we have built for our customer up for sale. As we built them, we know them, and the new owners can be confident that they are right.
So the Casarva Moto Guzzi 1400 California and the Casarva Triumph Rocket 111 are off to new homes.
