This beautiful M60i came to us wanting one thing — more sound! From the factory they're incredibly quiet, especially considering the performance they have available.

So we got to work and fabricated a custom valved cat-back exhaust system in-house, and the difference is genuinely night and day. 🔊💪

Valves closed — refined and comfortable when you want to chill.

Valves open — completely transforms the character of the car and finally lets that engine be heard! 😎

There's nothing worse than having a car with all the performance but none of the soundtrack to match.

🔥 Phase One of Jamal's 1200BHP S58 Build! 🔥

We've been busy working on the first phase of Jamals M3.WPN 1200BHP build, and this one is going to be an absolute monster. 😈

Our Master Tech Raf stripped the car down and took care of fitting all the upgraded hardware, including:

💨 Big single Precision turbo
🔧 Walton Motorsport manifold
❄️ Full CSF radiator upgrades

Then over to our fabricator Kieron, who worked his magic fabricating the custom downpipe and screamer pipe in-house. 🔥Kieron Ripley

A proper team effort, bringing together the mechanical, fabrication and tuning sides of what we do under one roof. 💪

Next up, we'll be setting up the boost control system before moving onto the tuning and calibration.

1200BHP is the target... plenty more to come from this one. 👀🚀

🔥 Bentley Continental GT Speed W12 6.0 – Custom Stage 1 🔥
A proper unit on the dyno!

This W12 came in for a custom Stage 1 remap, going from 580BHP to an impressive 669BHP on our 4WD dyno 💪

Even with our powerful dyno fan, intake temperatures were working against us. With a 6.0 W12 producing this much heat, temperatures started to climb and caused a few dips in the graph, holding the final figure back slightly.

On the road, the natural airflow through the front of the car is considerably greater than we can replicate stationary on the dyno, helping keep intake temperatures under control.

Tuning this one was also a proper old-school process! Both ME7 engine ECUs had to be removed and accessed in boot mode, with painfully slow read and write times compared with the latest generation of ECUs 😅

But the end result made it worthwhile — +89BHP from our custom calibration and a completely transformed W12. 🚀

🔥 M235i – Pure500 Turbo & Custom Dyno Tune! 🔥

This M235i came in with a serious setup:

💨 Pure500 upgraded turbo
⛽ B58TU high-pressure fuel pump
⚙️ XHP Stage 3 gearbox flash
📈 Custom dyno calibration

After tuning and refining the calibration on the dyno, we achieved a lovely smooth power delivery producing 460BHP & 730Nm 💪
