Southgate Autos will stay open as long as we can access parts, MOT testing facilities and we Ourselves remain healthy.
Due to government advice about staying at home we as always offer our usual service of collection and delivery back of your vehicle and taking payment over the phone keeping unnecessary social contact to a minimum.
We will use protective gloves and protect your car as much as we can however we will advise you to disinfect your car on its return to ensure we all do as much as we can.

I’m pleased to say we can now offer customers a complete service of your automatic transmission!
This is our Launch ATF cleaner and oil exchanger, the machine is able to first flush the whole system to remove gum and harmful deposits and then exchange 99.9% of the old oil in the system versus other manual methods which can only remove and replace 45%!!!!
This service should give a smoother gear change and prolong the life of the gearbox helping save on costly repairs
The two jars show on the right the old oil and the new oil on the left after being in the system for 15 mins...... 😲

This is a growing market with vehicle manufacturers now including the transmission fluid replacement in service intervals as low as every 30,000 miles

As you will be aware there are new regulations regarding people's personal data that is held by businesses/companies.

While the regulations are aimed more towards the big firms who do a lot of marketing and email "shots" that are sent to everybody on their email listings (as well as sharing/selling our details to third parties) it still applies to a micro-business like us too.

Here at Southgate Autos we do not undertake any kind of marketing. We do not share any personal data with anybody.

Any data we do hold for past and present customers stays firmly within our accounts files. Which are securely locked away.

If any previous/present customers would prefer the data we have for them to be destroyed then of course we will adhere to this request.
