I love going back to my roots and helping where others fail.

Its not difficult to be a nice human being!

This was a custom designed CNC tig welding setup for a local exhaust manufacturer and friend.

Getting it back up and running ensured his week started with out a delayed order shipment.

1/600 ever made and its been trusted to me to repair!

After several conversations with the customer it was decided he would take the plunge and purchase this amazing 90 in a non running condition, ultimately trusting his faith in my abilities.

Well after a short check over the vehicle, the issues were found and resolved 1 by 1.

This resulted in a very happy and slightly amused customer who i think was expecting a much longer timescale for a resolution.

Landrovers and BMW all tied in together and in an OEM package equalled 1 happy steve and a great vehicle to work on.

A busy bench the last few days!

This was an ME17.9.52 ecu clone job for a local garage, helping other businesses with cost-effective on the doorstep results is one of my major goals...

These have some very thin ecu terminal pins requiring a little extra care and bench lead support.

Having all the major tools available helps with job coverage.

Backed with over 28 years experience, your job is in safe hands.

VW T4 transporter
After being passed from "specialist" to "specialist" and being sat for months this T4 got recovered in withba non start conditionband no dash lights or terminal 15 voltage.

Basic checks discovered a faulty immobiliser module.

This was repaired and the dash was also repaired whilst in the workshop to enable the customer to get it back in a fully working condition.

Onto the next job........

Thankyou to all my customers for understanding whilst I work through the slight back log.

I seem to be getting rewarded with lots of other people's work at the min 🙄 😆

Q. What do you do if your exporting a truck and lost the keys!

A. You call me to remove the immobiliser set from factory.
No keys no problem.

This Scania had the keys lost prior to being due for export.
Therefore a cheap no drama solution was needed and fast!

COO module eeprom read externally to extract the pin and then remote access to the vehicle to carry out the recoding.

BMW M57TUE2 conversion in a swb Transit Mk7,
This vehicle was brought in with some "interesting" wiring going on.
I do understand that electrical work isn't in everybody's skill set, thats where I step in!
This was suffering from the VERY common issue with the auto box (6hp26) being stuck in 3rd or reverse.

And also none of the dash working in relation to the engine swap.

The customer had bought a can converter that plugs into the OBD port to manipulate the can data. I preferred to retro fit this into the ecu itemself to keep things clean and also it now cant simply be unplugged.

Another happy customer once ive refitted a few dash panels.
