As of today, all vehicles must be paid for in full before they are released.
Unfortunately, we have experienced an increasing number of delayed and outstanding payments. As a small business, this places significant pressure on day-to-day operations, especially with the continued price rise in running costs.
To ensure the business remains sustainable and continues to provide a high standard of service, we are no longer able to release vehicles without cleared payment.
Unfortunately Some people have taken our kindness for weakness and enough is enough.
I will also be closing account work, unfortunately I will loose some trade from this but it’s a decision I’ve made to keep my own mental health in check.
It’s unfair for me to have to chase money, when I have my own bills to pay. Workshop rent, rates, water, electric, wages, paye, insurance, public liability, vat bills, tax bills, insurance and that’s before I’ve even opened the door on a Monday morning.
Not only that, I also have a young family to protect.
We appreciate your understanding and continued support and im sorry if this affects any future trade.
