Right rear bumper damage to this Hyundai Ioniq ➡️ car deemed not roadworthy and was recovered before getting repaired by IA Bodyshop.

As this was a taxi, it was important for this customer that he got back on the road quickly ⏰, and we were only too happy to oblige.

Image 1️⃣: Car was hit as it was parked. Repair costs were initially meant to be settled privately, however the owner needed a courtesy car as repairs were carried out - enter our non-fault claim service.

Image 2️⃣: A closer look at the damage. Due to a previous bad experience, the owner chose IA Bodyshop to carry out the repair.

Image 3️⃣: Repair successfully completed. We dealt with the claim from start to finish, genuine parts were used and fitting according to the standard set out by the manufacturer and there was no excess to pay.

A vehicle with considerable damage that was deemed not roadworthy meant a recovery was required.

We worked quickly 🕔, and the customer was in a courtesy car within 24 hours 👊🏼, allowing them to get on with what they needed to do as their car was being repaired (according to specifications as required by the manufacturer) 🚘.
