🔥 Here’s a 416 cubic inch LS3 we just finished off up on C & R engine dyno! 💪🏽

Featuring small valve heads done by Marcus at Bullet Race Engineering 🏁 and John at Gongrove Engines worked his magic on the manifold with a custom spacer setup 🔧🔥

This combo laid down a massive 760HP @ 7400RPM 🚀 all while running STANDARD rockers 😮‍💨

Safe to say this thing screams! 🎯🔥

🎵 No music over this one… because you simply can’t beat that old school idle 😮‍💨🔥

This XY came into the shop not running right. After a full inspection we found the carby was leaking fuel and the accelerator pumps were seized - here’s what we did :

✅ Rebuilt Carby
✅ New spark plugs
✅ Set up MSD Distributor
✅ Checked and set timing

🔥 PX 3.2 Ranger in with an engine light & running rough 😮‍💨

After carrying out a full diagnostic, we found injectors on cylinders 4 & 5 had failed, and the injector lines had previously been removed and not replaced correctly — causing diesel to leak from all injectors ⚠️🛠️

So we got straight to work, here’s what we did : 👨‍🔧💨
✅ Full diagnostic scan
✅ Removed faulty injectors
✅ Replaced injector lines
✅ Installed new injectors
✅ Injector coding
✅ New rocker cover as PCV was blocked
✅ Road tested & cleared fault codes

Now this Ranger is back running smooth and leak free, driving the way it should 💪🚘

Ford FPV in for a well deserved birthday 🎉🔥

This FPV came into the workshop running rough. After carrying out a full inspection, we found the vehicle had mismatched spark plugs along with several major exhaust leaks affecting performance and drivability 🛠️⚡️

During the road test we also identified a clunking noise from the rear end, which was caused by incorrect shock absorbers and springs being fitted 🚗💨

Here’s what we carried out:
✅ Spark Plugs
✅ Oil and filter
✅ Fuel and air filter
✅ Rear shock absorbers and springs
✅ Manta Twin 3” inch cat back exhaust system
✅ Throttle body clean

76 Series LandCruiser in for a rear track correction kit 🔧🔥
While replacing the rear brakes, we noticed the customer was running wheel spacers to match the front track — which had started pulling the wheel studs out 😬

Not ideal… so we sorted it properly with a track correction kit 💪
Here’s what came in the kit -
✅ 55mm extended hubs
✅ Longer brake lines
✅ Wheel bearings and seals - ( New hub still uses standard size wheel bearings)
✅ Longer axels
✅ Rear park brake shoe overhaul kit
