The Northeast Chapter of the Audi Club of North America is a non-profit organization founded to promote driver education, safety, and camaraderie. Members enjoy the Audi experience through exposure to the Motorsport fraternity and other educational and social events. Who we are:

The NEQ is one of several geographically organized chapters of the Audi Club of North America. ACNA members residing in

Connecticut, New York, and Vermont are automatically NEQ members. However, all members of the ACNA are encouraged to participate at NEQ events. What we do:

The NEQ develops organizes and hosts club events at numerous venues in the Northeast, including winter driving schools, social events, and high performance driver education. Popular event venues include Winter Driving Schools, Lime Rock Park, New Jersey Motorsports Park, Watkins Glen International, the Circuit du Mont Tremblant. Driver education events include a fully developed educational curriculum and individual instruction. NEQ events are structured to accommodate all types of participants, from novice to experienced drivers. Our events teach safe driving techniques and both low and high speed vehicle handling. The NEQ club also hosts social events, usually at the driving events or in conjunction with the annual meeting. Membership benefits:

Membership in ACNA entitles you to participate in all Audi Club events in North America, regardless of sponsoring chapter. Members also receive an automatic subscription to the ACNA club magazine, The Quattro Quarterly.

Gathering of the Marques is just days away! Join NEQ at Lime Rock Park this Labor Day Weekend. As part of the Historic Festival, the Gathering displays an incredibly diverse collection of sports, performance, and classic cars. Hundreds of cars will line the track grouped by make, model, or country of origin.

NEQ will join the Gathering with our Audis lining up on the Lime Rock track. Last year we had 26 Audis participate. We will set up a tent and provide some refreshments.

Join NEQ for Lime Rock’s final major event of the year... the Historic Festival over Labor Day weekend. On Sunday, September 6th the Gathering of the Marques will be held as part of the weekend events. The Gathering displays an incredibly diverse collection of sports, performance, and classic cars. Hundreds of cars will line the track grouped by make, model, or country of origin.

NEQ will join the Gathering with our Audis lining up on the Lime Rock track. Last year we had 26 Audis participate. We will set up a tent and provide some refreshments. Members should bring their own pop up chairs or blankets to sit on. You can, bring your own lunch and have a picnic or purchase food from food trucks/vendors on site.

Don't miss The Dream Ride Experience! Fri-Sun, Aug 21-23 at the Farmington CT Polo Grounds. NEQ is a Participating Sponsor of this signature fundraising event of The Hometown Foundation.

The weekend features family fun for all with live music, food, vendors, and more! It also includes Saturday’s Dream Ride, a 40-mile, police-escorted motorcycle tour through the Connecticut countryside, the Dream Cruise, where drivers pair up with Riders in their classic/exotic vehicles, and culminates with the Sunday Dream Show featuring cars and motorcycles in the largest cause-related show on the East Coast.

The Esses were literally electric at Watkins Glen last week when thunder and lighting rolled through the skies. After the black flags and minor delay, we were back on track once the storms cleared. It was a great test of skills in both dry and wet conditions, making it a well-rounded event for about 135 eager drivers, including 20 NEQ first-timers. Welcome to the club!

Barbecue bash! Several of our members fired up the grill for a paddock cookout! There is nothing that pairs better with a track time than lunch time and great company! Teamwork and friendship. This is what NEQ is about!

There was a lively cocktail hour and banquet at the Harbor Hotel Monday evening. Club members and their families mingled, shared track stories, and enjoyed delicious food!

NEQ is about more than just HPDE, it is about family and friends… and sometimes pets. Those attending might have met our furry friend Marley the Track Cat wandering around the garages! With donations for petting, photos, and cuteness, Michael Casserly and Marissa Klimek raised $110 for the club! Maybe one day Marley will become the world’s first track driving cat!

Huge thanks go out to our event masters Tom Mullane and Kimmie Sandberg, as well as their families for their efforts in making this event a success! Thank you to Robyn Rifkin, Joey Esposito, Dave Klock, and Phil Pepper for their track-side support. We also want to thank all of the instructors, many without cars, who came to give back to our members.

Don’t miss our final HPDE event of the season! We love Watkins Glen so much that we will be back September 21st and 22nd!

Join us at Watkins Glen on Sept. 21-22 for our 2nd High Performance Driving School. We pride ourselves on events that perfectly balance education, safety and fun. Our instructor core is second to none with novice and intermediate drivers receiving as much in-car coaching as they need. Advanced drivers get someone in the right seat on request.
