Antonio’s Turbocharged C7 Pushes Out 2,017 rwhp
John (Cutaway Creations Racing) did the original build on this 2015 C7 so Antonio of Workhorse Performance called him in for an assist on the hub dyno. Wow, 2,017 horsepower to the wheels in a street car! The long block is a Borowski-built 427ci LS. John calls it “Peanut Butter & Jelly”and says he’d like to put it in everything. - Dart block, Callies Magnum crank & Ultra rods, Diamond pistons, All Pro heads. Antonio should be smoking the tracks in 2026 with this beast.

One of our off season projects we finally get to post is the latest revamp of our great customer and friend Ray’s El Camino for the 2025 race season! After a successful season with the last turbo set up and stock front suspension, Ray decided it was time to upgrade the turbo kit on this beautiful ride with a larger—and undeniably better-looking—setup.

This fully in-house designed and fabricated turbo system was built from scratch and paired with Stainless Works forward-facing V-band manifolds for maximum performance and style.
Tube front end and K member was added to allow quick and easy maintenance of the powertrain.

After the first time out the car went a new PB on a very soft tune up!

The new build consists of the following updates

Pro88 Turbocharger
1 7/8 Turbo manifolds
Wastegates
Intercooler
Cutaway Racing Coil relocation and Valve cover kit
Cutaway Racing Rear Mount Radiator Conversion
