Be aware of CalTrans work on the 405 this weekend. Lane reductions and exit closures. Here's the full rundown. Caltrans announces extended weekend lane reductions along southbound Interstate 405 (I-405) through the Sepulveda Pass. Southbound I-405 will be reduced to two lanes and motorists are strongly encouraged to seek alternate routes and explore public transportation options to reach their destinations. Northbound I-405 won't be impacted by lane reductions.

Lane reductions will start at 10 p.m. Friday, July 17, to 5 a.m. Monday, July 20 and 10 p.m. Friday, July 24 to 5 a.m. Monday, July 27. Extended weekend work is also posted online under
