What a time at Auto Glass Week 2026 in San Antonio has been so far! 🩷

Josh and I (erica) have spent the week learning, continuing our education, earning new certifications, and connecting with some pretty incredible people in the auto glass industry.

And somewhere in between all that learning… Doug’s was recognized with a Fastest Growing Retailers Award! 🥹🏆

We’ll be heading home with new knowledge, new ideas, new certifications, and even stronger friendships. My favorite part has been getting to spend time with industry leaders and some amazing women in auto glass that I’m so thankful this convention has brought into my life. 🩷

We’re proud of how far Doug’s has come, but even more excited about where we’re going!

We had a special visitor this week! 💙

Laura from Kirkland’s Glass in Louisiana spent a few days with us learning some of our office and CSR procedures, and we absolutely loved having her here!

It’s always fun getting to share ideas, learn from each other, and build friendships within the auto glass industry. We hope you had a great trip, Laura, and we can’t wait to see all the amazing things you’ll do back home.

Some jobs are just a little more special than others.

This week, we had the privilege of replacing the windshield for 106.9 The Light FM. For so many people in our community, their station has been a source of encouragement, hope, and comfort through life's highs and lows.
