๐จ A simple mistake that could cost you thousands of dollars ๐จ
This customer accidentally put diesel fuel into a gasoline truck. About 22 gallons had to be pumped out โ and this is not a quick fix.
The fuel tank must be fully drained, removed, thoroughly cleaned, and the entire fuel system flushed to prevent serious damage.
What youโre seeing:
โข Diesel fuel being siphoned out of the tank
โข The fuel tank after itโs been completely drained and cleaned
โ ๏ธ If not cleaned properly, diesel contamination can damage:
โข Fuel pump
โข Fuel injectors
โข Spark plugs
โข Fuel lines
โข Oxygen sensors & catalytic converter
Even a small amount left behind can lead to poor performance, misfires, and expensive repairs.
This is why proper cleaning matters. ๐๐ง
