The vehicle came in for a condition where the heater would not produce heat. After attempting to flush the heater core the problem could not be resolved. The below is pictures of the heater core cut open in this vehicle. The coolant passages are badly plugged and the stop leak in the system has hardened to a putty. We highly recommend not using stop leak products in your vehicle. They usually will not fix the problems and can cause thousands in damages. This vehicle requires the entire dash, steering column and seats to be removed for heater core replacement. If it will plug a hole you don't want, it will plug a hole you do want also.
