🔧 2018 Harley-Davidson Street Glide 🏍️

This Street Glide came into the shop with a check engine light and a throttle-by-wire issue. After diagnosing the system, we traced the problem back to a poor connection at the handlebars following a previous bar install. 🔍

Throttle-by-wire systems require extra care, especially when de-pinning and re-pinning connectors during a handlebar installation. One poor connection can be enough to cause faults and leave you chasing electrical issues.

⚡ Diagnosed throttle-by-wire fault
🔌 Traced issue to handlebar wiring connection
🔧 Corrected the connection and got the system working properly

Custom work is only as good as the installation behind it. 💪

🔧 2001 Honda Gold Wing Trike 🏍️

This Gold Wing came into the shop losing coolant with no visible leaks under the bike. Time to do some digging! 🔍

After pressure testing the cooling system and checking the head gaskets, we tracked the problem down to a leaking water pump.

🔧 Diagnosed leaking water pump

When the problem isn’t obvious, proper diagnostics make all the difference. 💪
