09 Suzuki Boulevard C50T came in barely running and a fuel leak at the injectors. Dealer told the customer the fuel pump was bad(which it is just fine, fuel pressure is within factory specs) Removed the throttle body and cleaned the injectors, replaced the o'rings, adjusted the valves that were too tight. Runs as it should once again

2023 Sea Doo Switch 21 foot with a 230hp engine in for a CEL and a no start. Bad secondary 02 sensor and new spark plugs. IBR was binding so addressed and repaired that as well. She is water ready in a few days.
Not all issues are expensive but if not taken care of timely can end up costing much more

Another sunk Sea Doo. Not running, no electrical power at all. After initial diagnostic and many bad connections it would not run smoothly. Found a lot of water in the fuel. Internal corrosion in the throttle body
Cause of water leak was from a heavily corroded drive shaft. Replaced the shaft and carbon ring.
IBR had locked up, Replaced that as well.
Running great once again with no leaks

My only advice from this mess is dont leave a personal watercraft in the water for extended periods of time.

2007 Yamaha FX ho came in because it sank at the customer's dock. Found the intermediate housing separating but the bearings were actually good this time. Replaced the housing, bearings and shaft. Replaced every hose clamp with stainless. Replaced the 4 motor mounts and gave the engine a complete service. Also installed a new bilge pump. Ready for action in less than a week

A custom just bought these older two RXP215. One wouldn't go over 40mph, found it was just the boost hose was missing the clamp. But in the inspection found throttle hanging up, removed throttle body, cleaned and reinstalled. Also oil level was high on the other. Set oil levels correctly and back in service for the weekend

2022 Sea Doo GTI 170 came in with a CEL and in limp mode, lots of voltage codes and an IBR torque fault. After repairing the voltage issues, found the pump trim assembly binding badly on the pivot bolts. Luckily the IBR did what it was suposed to and stop working instead of damaging the internals. Removed the trim assembly, repaired, and greased. Works like new again.
Saved a lot of money for this customer. Also performed a complete yearly service and returned to the customer in 24hours from drop off
