School is finally out for the summer! Time to relax a little. BUT this is a good time to think about where you want your kids to go to school next year! Our children go to Hallsville ISD. Hi everyone! We have changed our sales program since the sale of the community. Now, we have a Lease with the Option to Own program. What that means...you will no longer be locked into a mortgage. Each lease term is 2 years. At the end of the 2 years, you can choose to continue with the OTO or you can end the lease. The choice is yours. Right now, we have 2 homes available - both are 3 bedroom 2 baths. We will have one more available this weekend.
