Nissan Builds the Cars, But our People Make the Difference!! Great Job Laura!!

Dear Customer Service Team,

I am writing to share the outstanding customer service I recently received from Laura Field at Patterson Nissan.

On July 29, I experienced a highly stressful situation at another dealership where I had originally purchased my SUV. Despite making an appointment two weeks in advance, they failed to provide a loaner or rental car, leaving me stranded without a way home to Gilmer. While waiting there, I called Patterson Nissan, and Laura immediately stepped in to help. Within minutes, she arranged a vehicle for me. She was incredibly kind, compassionate, and even apologized for the poor treatment I received at the other dealership.

Throughout the week that the other dealership had my vehicle, Laura followed up with me regularly to see if I needed the car longer and to check on my well-being. Her empathy and top-notch customer service made a stressful situation much easier to handle.

Because of Laura's exceptional service, I will be bringing my future business to Patterson Nissan for my next vehicle purchase. Please extend my sincere thanks to her for going above and beyond.
