Low and Mean was created while Chris Hagest was working for Kawasaki Motor corp. He acquired a 2002 Kawasaki Mean Streak and right away started making product for his bike. The products soon became popular on the forum board, but he never intended to sell anything. After he left in 2005 after 7 years working for Kawasaki in Irvine, Ca. Chris Hagest worked in Austria developing the first four strok

e standup PWC. In 2006 Chris started full time at Low and Mean, which has now taken off the point of no return.
