This was a fun project. These parts came off a Can-Am and went through blasting and a fresh powder coat. Now it's ready to take on the mud, sand and trails again and look way better doing it.

Blue & badass 💙 This bike got the full treatment: frame, parts and wheels in a deep candy blue with gloss black accents. Every piece blasted, coated and cured in house.

Ever wonder what powder coating actually is? Instead of liquid paint, we spray a dry powder that clings to the metal with an electrostatic charge. Then it gets baked in an oven, where it melts and bonds into a tough, smooth shell. Every job goes through our 6 steps: Inspection → Preparation → Surface Prep → Powder Application → Curing → Final Inspection.
