📞 Customer contacted us stating they replaced the AC blower motor and now there is no air blowing through the vents 🤨.

👨‍🔧 After inspecting the vehicle, our team was able to find out the problem! The cause of their issue was the blower motor resistor and the fuse. We replaced both components and air is now circulating through the vents! 🙌

🚙 Honda CRV

📞 Customer contacted us with a long list of recommendations the dealer provided and he wanted the repairs completed with us! 🙌

👨‍🔧We replaced:
🔧Front and rear brake pads + rotors.
🔧 Front and rear shocks + struts
🔧All spark plugs + ignition coils
🔧 Replaced the windshield washer reservoir + pump.

We performed all of the repairs at half the cost the dealer wanted, with the same quality parts and better quality workmanship 😉.

🚘 Toyota Corolla

📞 Customer had their vehicle towed to us due to a flashing check engine light and drivability issues

👨‍🔧 Upon inspecting the vehicle, we found a misfire on one of the cylinder’s and pinpointed the issue to a bad ignition coil. Since a bad spark plug could prematurely wear out an ignition coil, we also recommended new spark plugs. With one ignition coil bad, we also recommended replacing all 4 ignition coils at once—as it is only a matter of time the remaining 3 would fail.

The customer agreed with our recommendations and we replaced (4) spark plugs and (4) ignition coils. The issue has been resolved and the vehicle is back on the road 🙌!

🚘 Honda Pilot

📞 Customer stated that their vehicle was leaking oil and wanted a diagnostic to figure out where exactly it was originating from. They presumed it was from the engine oil pan.

👨‍🔧 Upon inspection, our team found that the leak was coming from the oil filter housing adapter. We replaced the seal, performed a full synthetic oil change and the oil leak is resolved! 🙌

🚙 Honda Pilot

📞 Customer contacted us about an intermittent AC issue. Customer stated they contacted a mobile mechanic and the mobile mechanic replaced something within the ac system and it should work 🧐. Unfortunately when it stopped working again, the mobile mechanic would not come back and assist.

👨‍🔧Wr inspected the vehicle and found the AC blower motor and relay to be the problem. We replaced those components and the AC is now working as it should! 🙌

Always remember—cheaper does not always mean better. A reputable shop will offer warranty AND ensure you are satisfied with the repairs. When you pay for a proper diagnostic, you are paying for the technician’s time and expertise to get to the bottom of your vehicle issue.

🚙 Ford Explorer

📞 Customer came in stating that their lift gate stopped working 🧐.

👨‍🔧 We found the wire from the BCM to the rear lift gate module had a blown fuse. We tested it, and found no shorts. We replaced the fuse and it began to work as it should! Another happy customer back on the road! 🙌

👨‍🔧 We replaced the spark plugs with OEM Motorcraft plugs to ensure reliability and optimal performance. We also recommended ignition coils, but the customer declined at this time and will schedule that for a future repair!
