Fun Fact Friday -

Did you know the word "Juneteenth" is a combination of "June" and "nineteenth"?

Juneteenth commemorates June 19, 1865, when Union troops arrived in Galveston, Texas, to enforce the Emancipation Proclamation and inform the last enslaved African Americans that they were free.

Today, Juneteenth is recognized as a federal holiday and serves as a time to reflect on our nation's history, celebrate freedom, and appreciate the progress that's been made.

At Meiers Motors, we're grateful to be part of a community made stronger by people from all backgrounds. Every day, we have the privilege of helping our customers get where they need to go. Whether it's work, family gatherings, vacations, or simply home.

2 Minute Tuesday - Food Truck Night Update
