The Audi A6 C7.5 1.8 TFSI came to Eurosports Performance Tuning for a Stage 1 ECU upgrade, calibrated on our in-house Dynojet chassis dynamometer.

📊 Factory Specification:
⚡ Crank: 190 hp / 320 Nm

📊 Stock Dyno:
⚡ On Wheels: 163.05 hp / 262.99 Nm

📈 Eurosports Stage 1:
⚡ On Wheels: 196.57 hp / 311.18 Nm
⚡ Crank (Est): 245.71 hp / 388.97 Nm

🔥 That's a gain of:
✅ +55.34 hp
✅ +65.98 Nm at the wheels

💡 Notice the dip around 5,800 rpm? This isn't the ECU tune running out of power. The drop is caused by torque limiters within the gearbox calibration. The engine is capable of holding the torque, but the transmission is requesting it to be reduced.

🚀 A DSG/gearbox tune can remove these limitations, allowing the engine to deliver the power more consistently through the upper RPM range.
