I don’t know who these three are… 🧐

but Ian, Ross and Ben have been invited to an expo and awards ceremony next Friday (6th November).

This means RP Tyre and Battery and The Tyre Bay will be closed for the day.

We do still have availability next week, but it is booking up fast. If you would like an appointment please call us on 01684 592223.

My photography skills don’t do this car any justice, but I fell in love with this Triumph today. So pretty. 😍

Please join me in wishing the boss man a very happy birthday today! Would you believe he’s 21? again… for the 24th time. 😂

We’re off to sunny North Wales next week for a well needed break with friends and family.

Therefore the garage and tyre bay will be closed from Monday 20th - Monday 27th July when we will be back open for business at 8:30am.

There are still some appointments left for tyres this week and the week we’re back is also starting to book up, so give us a call on 01684 592223 to book your appointment today.

30/06/2026

WE ARE FULLY BOOKED TODAY! NO DROP INS PLEASE.

We have also cancelled our contract with Black Circles so please book through our website https://rptyreandbattery.co.uk/, messenger, or by phone on 01684 592223.

Also, I’m not sure why ChatGPT has given us an extra member of staff, but we could do with one. So if anyone knows a good tyre fitter looking for a job, please get in touch!

24/06/2026

Due to the current heat wave, the temperatures in our garage are reaching seriously unhealthy highs!

That in mind and with the forecast showing even hotter temperatures tomorrow, we will be closing at 5pm today (Wednesday 24/6) and 1:30pm tomorrow (Thursday 25/6).

We know this may be an inconvenience for some, but we thank you in advance for your understanding.

Stay cool everyone! 😎
