I'm always shouting about the great 5* Reviews that I get, so I might as well tell you that I'm not perfect and got this 1* review.
I've replied to his feedback, but what do you think?

I went into the dealership to look at one of the cars, but nobody approached me. Even while I was in the dealership, I felt brushed off because I was a younger customer. They couldn’t give me the time of day and seemed more interested in messing around with the printer than speaking to me. I would have liked to know more about the car, but unfortunately I didn’t get the chance. I would avoid this dealership”

I'm genuinely sorry that your visit did not leave you with the positive impression we strive to give every customer.
I would like to respectfully clarify that there was absolutely no intention to dismiss or discriminate against you in any way. At the time of your visit, I was assisting another customer who was waiting in our reception area to collect a set of number plates that I was preparing. Whilst you may not have been aware of the customer waiting, this was the reason I continued with the task you referred to as "messing around with the printer", as I was in the process of completing a customer's collection.
During your visit, I acknowledged you, answered your questions regarding the Porsche, invited you to sit in and inspect the vehicle, and provided my business card, advising that I was available should you require any further information. You spent some time looking over the vehicle and reading the specification sheet, and from my perspective, I was unaware that you felt you needed additional assistance. Had I known, I would have been more than happy to spend further time with you.
We value every visitor regardless of age, background or whether they are making an immediate purchase. Over many years we have accumulated more than 249 five-star Google reviews, something we are extremely proud of and work hard to maintain through honest, professional and friendly customer service. That is why I am disappointed to read that your experience fell short of your expectations.
