Spot Shop and Spot Prestige Cars are looking for a great individual to join our team.
Basic Duties
-Taking orders from our growing Amazon store in addition to other current and future marketplaces.
-Sending each item to the customer via an Amazon approved courier.
-Work with the accounting department and have direct contact with the manager and the owner.
-Play a large part in pricing all of the items we sell on online.
-You are the first port of call for the customer.
Key Responsibilities
-Ensuring that all items are sent in a prompt time and packaged correctly.
-Creating detailed invoices and sending them to accounting.
-General data entry.
-Commutating with customers in a polite and friendly manner.
-Maintain the social media presence of the company.
About You
-Must having a basic understanding of using a computer.
-Must be physically fit at there are rare moments that you will need to move stock.
-Have the ability to work on several tasks at once.
-Must be able to work independently.
-No previous experience is required.
Additional Information
-Immediate start.
-Commission paid on top of basic salary.
-9 to 5 Monday to Friday.
-Training provided.
