We removed the wheel and arch liner, dropped the bumper corner down before panel beating as much to shape as we could before skimming, priming and painting.

AUDI A5

So one of our customers decided to buy an Audi A5 from Copart.

Only a rear quarter and bumper they said. Roll on to car being delivered. All the airbags and seat belts had gone off, boot floor was crumpled, inner arch all bent and the gaps were miles off.

So after stripping the car, it had to go onto the jig and be pulled.

As you can see, pulled ok, few skims and then it was ready to paint.

Came out well considering the damage involved.

Ideally to get perfectly, should have had a rear quarter welded, but our skilled technicians did an amazing job with what they had to work with.

Car went back to customer a few weeks ago and he was over the moon.
