Not the most enjoyable job but a job non the less.

Wiring faults can take 5 minuets or 5 hours. It can be difficult to find the brake in the wire let alone access it.

When using a scan tool there is only so far it will take you. Some times you need to start taking parts off to find the problem.

This little fiesta nearly got a new turbo as we had now power and a lack of boost pressure. We could not fault the turbo but we were convinced there was something going on with it. After removing we found the end off the EGR (that the customer replaced a week ago but failed to mention the end was missing 😂) was blocking the entry to the turbo. We refitted the old turbo as there was no need to replace it now and all is good.

We don’t do much in the way of recovery however. When the call came through for this we couldn’t say no. AC BRISTOL
