🌟 Employee Spotlight:

‘’My name is Danni and I've been a part of i247 group for 7 years now, starting out as a call taker, before taking on more responsibility with admin tasks. My current position is the Weekend Team Leader where I manage a team for out of hours and help support my team throughout the weekends. During the week, I help other team leaders and their agents; supporting with bookings, emails, rotas and putting plans in place for my team ready for the weekend. Another key part of my role is upskilling my team and making sure they have the training they need.

This role, and my progression, has been super flexible even while working part time, which has made being a working mum so much easier. The best part is that I work with a great bunch of people. Work events have always been a great laugh and I have made so many great friends.’’
