2016 Renault Kadjar 1.2TCe in after a high pitch screaching noise from the auxilary side. Identified a defective idler pulley and worn tensioner pulley. Supplied and fitted Genuine Aux belt kit. Tested All OK. Handover Completed ✅

2016 Ford Kuga 2.0TDCI in for diagnosis & repair after being let down by other garages. We investigated an eml light on and identified fault codes relating to dpf soot content & IAT Sensor 2. As the MAF IAT Sensor 1 was changed we confirmed readings and moved over to sensor 2 which was incorrectly described as sensor 2. This was the boost pressure sensor. After removal it was clear that the sensor was unrecoverable and had to be replaced due to the amount off soot surrounding it. Once we had the sensor fitted we carried on with a static dpf regen in which after a few failed attempts it egened successfully. All faults cleared and we confirmed fault was rectified. Handover completed ✅

2023 Renault Trafic in for and Adblue Solution.

Given this is a fresh vehicle the ecu on this was locked and required a mail in unlock. Once we got the ecu back we began our magic. Little did we know this would be an absolute pain to sort. From delays waiting for the ecu to arrive back to then constant file reworks as the adblue did not want to clear. After a given file rework the vehicle started and no faults where present. Big thanks to RJM Remapping Newcastle for supporting us throughout and finding the solution ✅
