Volvo A30G haul truck stuck in limp mode due to multiple failed DPF regens.

Faults checked and confirmed low fuel pressure to 7th injector. Found and repaired restriction in filter head. Soot load at 100% but luckily differential pressure across the dpf was still well within spec. With fuel pressure restored she instantly recognised she could regen herself.
After a successful regen it was straight back to work.

Proof that repairs can be successful and don’t need cost the earth if diagnosed correctly.
