🏍️ BMW R100 | 1980 – Project Completion! 🔧

This 1980 BMW R100 came to us as an unfinished project, and it’s a great example of how sometimes even the most exciting builds need a little extra help to get them over the finish line!

Many of our customers start their own amazing projects but need a bit of assistance along the way, and that’s where we come in. 👌

On this build, we carried out paintwork and electrical work, fitted Motogadget handlebar buttons and a Motogadget M-Unit, and installed a brand-new speedometer to help bring everything together.

We love helping our customers turn their vision into reality, whether that’s a full custom build or giving an existing project the finishing touches it needs! 🔥

🏍️ Suzuki GP125 – A Restoration Full of Memories! 🏍️

The owner has had this bike since he was just 16 years old, and over the years, it’s been part of many personal achievements and memories. Unfortunately, a little damp and water had taken their toll, leaving the bike in need of some well-deserved attention.

It came to us for a full restoration and a complete paint job, and we’re delighted with the results! 🔧✨

After plenty of hard work, this little Suzuki is now back up and running, looking fresh and ready to go — just like the day the owner first bought it! 🏁

There’s something special about restoring a bike that holds so much personal history. It’s not just about bringing a motorcycle back to life; it’s about preserving the memories that come with it. 🙌

🏍️ 1933 Vella 2-Stroke – Back on the Road! 🔧✨

This 1933 Vella 2-stroke arrived with us as a non-runner, so it was time to give this little piece of history some attention!
We sent several parts away to be nickel and chrome plated before getting everything back, carefully assembling it all and bringing this classic machine back to life. 🙌

The result? One beautiful vintage bike running and riding again, ready to be enjoyed just as it should be! 🏁

🔧🏁 Suzuki LT230 Quad Bike Restoration! 🏁🔧

This Suzuki LT230 came to us with just the engine and frame, with everything else arriving in boxes in bits!

We got stuck in, had everything painted, assembled it all back together, and got it up and running and riding again! 💪🔥

Another project brought back to life and back out where it belongs! 🏁

Dan has been very busy adding the decal pinstripes! 🏍️✨
Paint is always easier to work with on the bike, as it allows everything to be lined up correctly and gives us the best possible finish.

It’s all about taking the time to get those little details just right — and we think it’s really starting to come together! 👌

🏍️ JOB VACANCY - EXPERIENCED MOTORCYCLE MECHANIC 🏍️

Kustom Choppers Limited are looking for an experienced Motorcycle Mechanic to join our team on a part-time basis.
We are a Norfolk-based motorcycle workshop specialising in motorcycle servicing, repairs, restorations, modifications and bespoke custom builds, working on bikes from a wide range of manufacturers.

The successful applicant will:
• Have proven experience as a motorcycle mechanic
• Be confident working on motorcycles from all manufacturers
• Have strong mechanical knowledge and excellent attention to detail
• Be able to diagnose faults and carry out servicing and repairs to a high standard
• Take pride in their workmanship and have a genuine passion for motorcycles
• Be reliable, hardworking and able to work independently Experience with classic motorcycles, custom builds, engine work, fabrication or electrical diagnostics would be advantageous.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working on a variety of motorcycles and wants to be part of a hands-on, independent motorcycle business.
