Specialist work, right down to the chassis 🔧

This 2015 Isuzu D-Max came to us with severe chassis corrosion. Replacing the affected section involves much more than welding.

The job includes stripping and dismantling for access, sourcing a replacement section, and fabricating a jig to maintain alignment while the damaged section is removed and its replacement positioned and welded into place.

Next come sealing and rebuilding—covering up much of the careful work shown here.
