I honestly can’t thank everyone at the Farm Workshop enough for all their help this week! I started getting problems driving my car at university, away from home it was such a stressful and daunting experience, especially as a young female who has always found the thought of dealing with car problems and garages quite intimidating.
From the very first message, everyone was so friendly, helpful and understanding, and they really couldn’t do enough to help me. Despite not usually offering vehicle recovery, they still came out to help me, which I’m so grateful for. Throughout the whole process, everything was explained clearly and patiently, and they made me feel at ease. When I went to collect my car, everyone was just as welcoming and lovely, and they were more than happy to offer advice and answer any questions I had.
I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly, honest and approachable garage. Thank you all so much for your kindness, patience and reassurance — it genuinely meant more than you probably realise!
