When the boss asks, “Have any of you seen the Jasper Carrott sketch about insurance claims?” And the answer is… “Who’s he?!” 😂😂😂

During last week’s visit to see our Manchester team, Tony introduced us to this old-school classic. Given our line of work, this one was always going to go down well.

The sketch is over 40 years old and still had us all laughing!

Anyone else remember this routine or was this your first introduction too?

Happy Friday! Drive safe this weekend 😇🚙

🌧️💨 More wild weather across the UK today!

After a weekend of storms, we're facing another day of strong winds, heavy showers and challenging driving conditions.

With surface water and flooding affecting roads in some areas, please take extra care if you're heading out.

🛑 Reduce your speed and leave extra stopping distance.
💦 Watch out for surface water.
🌊 Never attempt to drive through floodwater.
🚘 Keep a firm grip on the wheel, particularly on exposed roads.

And remember, if you're involved in an accident that wasn't your fault, we're here to help get you back on the road.

Stay safe out there! 💙😇🚙

Founded and headquartered in Glasgow, but most of our team work from our Manchester office - where the claims magic happens every day! 😇🚙

Tony and Susie headed down this week for a couple of days with the team. Plenty of laughs were had, and now we’re looking forward to our next get-together in Glasgow for the end of year Christmas bonanza! 🎄🎄🎄

A wee bargain upgrade on the journey down also meant a first-ever Eggs Benedict on the train. Sounds so wrong, but tasted so right 😂🍳

Happy Friday, everyone! 💙

What do our customers appreciate most about Innocent Driver? It might surprise you…

It’s not just having no excess to pay.
Or getting a like-for-like replacement car.

Both make a difference. But something we hear time and again in our reviews is how much people appreciate us taking the stress off their shoulders.

Having someone explain what happens next, keep things moving and keep them updated. So a difficult situation feels easier to deal with.

This lovely review reel says it better than we could 💙

Non-fault accident? Make sure you call us first, it's the smarter way to claim 😇🚙

Hit while parked? Call us first 😇🚙

You’ve popped into the shops, finished work or stopped for a coffee - or even worse, your car was parked outside your house overnight - and you come back to find it dented. NIGHTMARE 🤯

We can still help.

Our claims team will investigate to find out who was to blame 🕵️ We’ll then arrange repairs and sort you out with a replacement hire car so someone else’s mistake doesn’t take over your week.
