⚡ Electricity
Every holiday home on the park has its own electricity meter.
Our electricity is currently 37.7p per unit, with NO standing charges and NO admin fees.
Electricity is simply billed quarterly.

You’ll need to insure your holiday home. There are plenty of insurance companies you can compare online, with the average cost being around £150 per year.
🏡 Site fees
This is where it really pays to do your homework!
