🚨ENTRY IS OPEN FOR ROUND 6 🚨
FINAL ROUND OF OUR 2026 CHAMPIONSHIP

Sunday 13th September

⚠️ Please read the following information carefully ⚠️

Entries will close at 8pm on THURSDAY 10th September

🌟 Entries will only be accepted via the link below.
🌟 Complete one form per rider
🌟 Entries are only secure once payment has been received.
🌟 Payment via Paypal or bank transfer * Please put the riders name as reference and send the payment as friends and family*
🌟 If you are having difficulty, please drop us a message. We are more than happy to help.
🌟 Camping is available
🌟 Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times and please clean up after your furry friend
🌟 Generators and music must be switched off by 11pm
🌟 Please take all rubbish home with you.
🌟 Sign on times and race day schedule will be posted in due course

❌️ Late entries and on the day entries will not be accepted.
❌️ We cannot accept entries for electric bikes.
❌️ Please do not bring electric bikes including revvi's and surons as these are not permitted at woodside on race days

LICENCE
As a club, we are affiliated by the SACU. Therefore, each rider must obtain a licence from them. We would encourage all riders to take out a yearly licence as it is cost effective for you. However, a day licence can be obtained for an additional cost.
Every rider must have their SACU licence with them to be checked at sign on.

HELMETS
All Helmets must have the ACU gold sticker and be brought to the cabin when signing on to be checked

HOODIES AND LONG HAIR
Hoodies are not permitted to be worn during practice or racing. If you are found to have one on at the starting line the race will not be held for you to remove it.
Long Hair must be tucked in to the back of your motocross top or up into the helmet

MARSHALLS
All riders must provide a marshal for one block with the exception of auto riders.
There will be Three blocks of marshalling 🏁

There is sometimes volunteer marshals that come forward, please message the page to check first and the club will pair the volunteers with a rider as requested on a first come first serve basis at an additional cost of Β£30 payable in cash on the day which goes straight to the marshal

25-points system will be used.

TIMING AND TRANSPONDERS

It is your responsibility to ensure transponders are charged and working correctly. No transponder = No points
We have a limited number of transponders available to hire on a first come, first served basis. Please message the page to reserve one. These are an additional cost of Β£20.

We are closed this weekend for maintenance and most of our team are heading to Drumclog for the scottish.
