Took some while drilling out all those spot welds 🤦‍♂️ all back together with galv steel welded in, expoxy primed

Plenty cavity wax applied to save it happening again

That was a fun job 😂

Sports cat with 2 silencers sounding just how it should 👍 quiet on idle, nice aggressive sound when needed without it being loud.

1ltr VW UP custom 304 stainless exhaust made in house. Using the same diameter as the original. Only reason customer decided to go stainless due to wanting to keep the car long term and already replacing it with a aftermarket system that didn’t last long.

Original cat refitted as it didn’t like the aftermarket cat. New flexi also welded in 👍
