⚠️ IMPORTANT WARNING FOR ALL LEARNER DRIVERS ⚠️

I cannot repeat this enough!

Since 12th May, the DVSA has tightened up the rules around driving test bookings and changes.
🚗 Only the learner driver is allowed to book, manage, cancel, or make changes to their driving test.

❌ Please do NOT use third-party cancellation apps or services that claim they can bring your test forward. If an app or third party accesses your booking and makes changes on your behalf, the DVSA may flag the activity as suspicious.

⚠️ As a result, your driving test could be cancelled by the DVSA, leaving you without a test date and back at the end of the waiting list.

My advice is simple: ✅ Book your test through the official DVSA system. ✅ Make any changes yourself. ✅ Avoid giving your booking details to third-party apps.

Saving a few weeks isn't worth risking your entire test booking.

Please share this post with other learner drivers so they don't get caught out.

🚗 Why you should NEVER put your feet on the dashboard 🚗

I still see this way too often, so here’s a serious reminder for everyone riding as a passenger…
Putting your feet or legs up on the dashboard might feel comfortable, but in a crash it can cause devastating, life-changing injuries.
Even at relatively low speeds:
❌ Airbags deploy at around 100–200 mph
❌ Your knees are forced back toward your face instantly
❌ Your hips can be pushed out of place or completely shattered

This can result in:
Broken pelvis and hips
Severe spinal injuries
Facial fractures
Permanent disability or loss of mobility

Airbags are designed to protect you when you’re sitting properly — not when your legs are up. In that position, the airbag can actually make the injuries far worse.

It’s just not worth the risk.
👉 Keep your feet on the floor
👉 Sit upright with your seatbelt properly fastened
A small habit can make a huge difference. Stay safe and look after yourself and your passengers.

From today, there will be more changes for learner drivers.

Only you can book or manage your car driving test. This means your driving instructor won’t be allowed to book it for you.
