She got her turn ❤️❤️❤️
Rae started with me back in January and we took things nice and slow. Each week making progress. Many times she’s felt out of her comfort zone and she mentioned to me on more than one occasion that she wished she’d done this when she was 17. I think when we have children we see risk differently. I know driving hasn’t come without its challenges. It’s been a tricky few years as a family and her motivation for getting her license was to take her girls on a holiday to Cornwall.
Sadly the first test last month didn’t go to plan but she picked herself back up and kept going.
Mondays lesson resulted in being shunted from behind, not the ideal omen before test day and this morning we woke up to torrential rain and darkness!
Yet she still managed to get out there AND GET HER PASS!!!
Our lessons have been brilliant. We have honestly just laughed ourselves through them.
Rae, I will miss you not wanting to get out of 3rd gear and the little urging noises every time you leave a roundabout 😆😆 and hearing that we are strongly discouraged from me sitting in on test because apparently I’m a bad influence…..as if 😆
You absolutely deserve this pass. I know you won’t enjoy every second of being out on the roads but you will be so proud when you get to Cornwall
Look what you’ve achieved for your family 😭
Safe driving lovely lady
