I can't say this strongly enough - DO NOT USE CANCELLATION APPS

I have been informed by a learner that her friend has not only had her driving test cancelled but has also been banned from booking a driving test online for 12 months!!!!

I have no idea how she will now book a test given that the tests they release at 6am sell out before the call centre opens.

What seemed like a good option to secure an early test date has now made it almost impossible for this learner to get a date at all.

Don't risk it, take your time, be ready to pass when your test date comes around.

Your instructor will be able to advise when you are ready and how to move your test at this time.

And whatever you do, don't pay someone to secure you an earlier date, or accept money to sell your date as these are both prohibited by the dvsa. Tests cost £62 in the week and £75 at the weekend - if the amount you are being charged differs from this then you are not booking through legitimate channels.

🎉A perfect pass for Liv! 🎉

Congratulations to Olivia Spiby who passed her driving test first time this morning in Hinckley with 0 Faults. Liv has worked so hard and a lot of credit needs to go to her mum for the excellent private practice. The examiner commented that Liv wasn’t even close to getting a driver fault!

Wishing you all the best from the Excel team! 🥳🚗 (Instructor: Richard)
