Turns out all that hard work, passion, and “No, seriously, who moved the sanitiser spray and have you updated the App Ray ?” has paid off once again.
We want to give the biggest, warmest congratulations to our amazing Team here at The Toby Jug Café. Every single member of staff plays a part in keeping our standards sky‑high — and they do it with pride, teamwork, and the kind of care you can’t teach.
A very special mention goes to our Café Manager (The working Owner) Ella Baker and Assistant Manager Codie Edwards. Their leadership is the heartbeat of this place. They’ve brought in new systems, tightened up processes, and somehow manage to keep everything running smoothly every single day — even when I'm still trying to remember what day it is and whether I've done what they told me to do !!!
Their dedication is the reason we shine, and the reason this rating isn’t just a number… it’s a reflection of the love they pour into this café.
And yes — the photo you’ll see is absolutely our version of the “first day back to school” picture. Proud parents, slightly over‑excited, and very grateful for the “kids” who make us look good all year round.
