Volvo v40

Nothing major on the vehicle .
Small dent rear quarter panel .

This was a 3rd party that caused the accident .
Customer came to us to get it sorted out.

The 3rd party was using there insurance , customer didn't want his car going away out of town and preferred a local bodyshop repair it for him .

So thats what we did , we dealt directly with the insurance company , taking away all the hassles for our client and the finished result was perfect .

Another one in the bag ✅️

RANGE ROVE EVOQUE

Some nasty damage on this range rover .

Front door was beyond repair unfortunately .
Pentland land rover supplied new door , we got inside painted , factory finish sealer applied .

Rear door and moulding were all repaired in house .

Side painted and customer was on there way with a fresh looking finish .

Shortage of finished pictures but you get the idea 😎

Volvo xc60
This beautiful jeep was in for a freshen up .

A couple new wings , some rust repairs and dents here and there.

Sill mouldings were removed and the corrosion all rubbed back before being epoxy primed .

2 full sides painted.

Keeping this xc60 fresh for a few years to come ✅️

This new Holland roof came into us in 2 separate parts. As you may have guessed it should only be 1.

The master repair guy in the house had it repaired up quick sharp .

A lot of hot staples , plastic welding and semi flexible epoxy later and it was ready for the paint shop.

The customer wanted as minimal a paint job as possible so it was just a blow in with 2k high gloss .

Fully functioning roof with no leaks is what he was left with ✅️

Rover 2000 P6
This rover was in for a full freshen up .
It came in looking 50 shades of green.

The customer had removed a few things before it arrived , which made our life easier .

Before we could start on prepping , there was a lot of adjusting done on front and rear wings , perfecting some questionable gaps .

The bonnet and tailgate on this old beast are made of aluminium .

Bonnet was taken back to the bare to deal with some oxidization, previous repairs were removed for us to coat it with novol classic car epoxy .
The Best epoxy on the market .
A load of parts into the booth for painting once prepped.

Everything removed and refitted where possible .

Finished product is something of absolute beauty . A proper classic with a proper paint job too match .

VW GOLF PLUS

Corroded wings is a common sight on most golf's at some point in there lifetime.

To keep this job cost effective , we sourced an aftermarket wing.

Wing was ordered and arrived before car was in the workshop .

Dropped off on a monday morning back on Tuesday afternoon 🙌

Fendt tractor bonnet.

This bonnet required some repairs before painting .
Old rusty metal cut out , new metal shaped and welded in with a seamless finish.

Primed and painted with 2k high solid gloss fendt green 🟩

Hello everybody .
It's been a while since we have uploaded.
Its been flat out all year with
REPAIRING ✅️
PAINTING✅️
WELDING✅️
UNDERSEALING ✅️
It feels like we haven't stopped for an eternity .
No complaints , we are very grateful to be so busy .
The days pass quicker and the happy customer list keeps growing and growing.

Here's a little valtra/valmet job we had in. Just the bonnet needing freshened up.

Unfortunately the paint was covered in micro blisters so had to be taken back to the bare for our epoxy primer coating to do its magic.

An industrial loading shovel up next .

A JCB 426 HT
This massive machine was in for rust repairs .
With being 20 years old and having previous tidy up jobs carried out we definitely had our work cut out .

Firstly we removed the bucket to fit the machine into the workshop 😅

A big strip down commenced once it was inside , bonnets , steps , lights , mudguards, bracketry and wheels .

Grills were removed to get the edges before being bonded back in .

Most bits removed were shot blasted and epoxy primed.
Bonnet wasn't bad enough to need blasted so rust repairs were carried out where needed.
We had a full workshop of parts to be primed and painted .

The body was all rubbed down and masked off for painting.

This was completed in a delfleet jcb yellow 8000 mix .

The bucket was blasted, primed and painted yellow as per customer's request .

New badges were ordered.

A showroom finish and new lease of life that'll last years to come .

From cars to vans , trikes to loading shovels and trucks to lorry's.

This 2025 toyota hilux was delivered to us with 48 miles on the clock .

The customer wants his truck to be protected from day1, so thats exactly what we done .

Started by removing wheels , arches , splashguards , steps , spare wheel and all underguards.

Exhaust was masked off .

We then keyed and painted the full chassis and towbar . Especially all the welded areas that always rust first .

The inner arches and chassis were coated with dinitrol high performance transparent wax.

A full cavity protection was applied , the chassis is now filled with wax before any water has managed to ingress .

All the underguards were rubbed down and painted to protect them for years and years to come.

He will be back in for a free checkover of the protection in time .

So we can make sure he can see how it all performs .

This is the freshest hilux out of the 11 we have had in by far .

The results speak for themselves ✅️
