An industrial loading shovel up next .
A JCB 426 HT
This massive machine was in for rust repairs .
With being 20 years old and having previous tidy up jobs carried out we definitely had our work cut out .
Firstly we removed the bucket to fit the machine into the workshop 😅
A big strip down commenced once it was inside , bonnets , steps , lights , mudguards, bracketry and wheels .
Grills were removed to get the edges before being bonded back in .
Most bits removed were shot blasted and epoxy primed.
Bonnet wasn't bad enough to need blasted so rust repairs were carried out where needed.
We had a full workshop of parts to be primed and painted .
The body was all rubbed down and masked off for painting.
This was completed in a delfleet jcb yellow 8000 mix .
The bucket was blasted, primed and painted yellow as per customer's request .
New badges were ordered.
A showroom finish and new lease of life that'll last years to come .
