Ford transit immobilised after the customer tried changing the instrument panel.
Only one key was available, Fords require 2 keys for any PATS programming so we made a nice aftermarket key up, programmed 2 keys in & aligned the modules.
Van is back up & running 🙌

Parking brake not working.
Traced to faulty module.
Superceded part number meant SVM code was required to code new part to vehicle using dealership tooling.
All completed in house & working again.

*** UPDATE ***
Due to healing not going as planned from surgery, unfortunately I will be out of the garage till 15th July now.
I am still taking on remaps & coding by appointment only via WhatsApp on 07823762810.

For everyone calling & leaving arsey messages, I have been in hospital & undergone surgery. That is why your calls are unanswered!
I will be doing remaps only, no diagnostics, until the 15th June.

It's been a long while since we worked on one of these. Vehicle would start & run, but cut out when the brake pedal or reverse was selected.
All fixed & repaired within 2 days 🙌

Testing is key. The computer is not a diagnostic, we as the technician perform the diagnostics with our testing & findings. Either way, we resolved the issue causing the fault code 👍
